Winter Holiday Village 2023

Join us for winter holiday fun!

This is our FOURTH year of hosting a cozy cabin building Winter Village event and we're so excited to have you back. Join us for another month filled with wintery Minecraft festivities... and hot ones!

If you feel like you're having déjà vu, that's right, we are repeating our split hot/cold winter theme this year, thinking of all our friends in tropical locations who have never had a white Christmas!

We've lovingly referred to this event as the "Double Double", which in Canadian means 2 sugars and 2 creams in your coffee, but here means 2 chances to build in different or the same climes! It's your pick - if you built a cold cabin last year you can build cold again this year - or hot - or both!

What are we building?

This event is about building a predominately wood & log cabin themed to match either the winter or tropical plot you've picked.

Free resources exist for you in the sandy central hub of the winter village dressed up as shower stalls and beachy change huts, which feature warps to decorative head blocks in the Market, demo block rooms, and more!

Quick warps to resources are available arounf the area or just use /warp WinterVillage to return quickly!

Assigned plots

Players who want to build cabins will be assigned a plot in the Winter Village. Players will not be able to break blocks outside of their assigned plot within the Winter Village area.

What should I build?

This is just an aesthetic build event server right now — a predominately wood & log cabin themed to match a winter ski town is what we're asking you to build.

Free resources exist for you in the Chalet where you'll spawn (in Lumber Jane's room) and decorative head blocks are in the Market
